About Special Olympics Thunder Bay
Special Olympics Thunder Bay provides year-round sports training and athletic competition for individuals with intellectual disabilities. It has been part of our community for over 25 years and currently has more than 100 volunteers providing sports programs for more than 300 athletes in Thunder Bay.
Special Olympics Thunder Bay is a part of Special Olympics Ontario which has promoted opportunities for athletes to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy, and develop skills and friendships for more than 40 years.
